Usage method:

(1) Venous blood samples were collected by vacuum sedimentation tube and completed according to standard requirements.

(2) The blood sample was immediately mixed and reversed 180 degrees for 6 to 8 times to make the anticoagulant and blood fully mixed to avoid hemolysis, coagulation or blood blisters caused by improper mixing, which would affect the test results.

(3) Fix the ESR tube with the specimen vertically on the ESR rack, record the starting time and corresponding number, and keep it in a static state of about 20ºC at room temperature. After 30 minutes, the number of millimeters of ESR can be read. The specific reading method is as follows: When it settled to the specified time, the plasma concave surface in the esR tube was aligned with the zero scale line on the ESR rack and fixed. Then, the value of the upper end of the red blood cell was read out.

Note:

(1) The blood sink frame should be placed on the smooth operating platform, and can be operated by adjusting the level through the adjustment knob of the bottom plate.

(2) The sedimentation process of the sedimentation tube shall be vertical, and the tilt Angle shall not exceed 3°. Large deviation of test data.

(3) The room temperature is 20ºC±5ºC, and the detection time is 30 minutes ±2 minutes.
